New Self-help Legal Center Blog: BoleyBlogs tells us about a new blog called shlep (I grew up spelling it “schlep,” which doesn’t work with the acronym, [s]elf [h]elp [l]aw [e]x [p]ress), but that is neither here nor there and I won’t make a big tsimmis over it :-). Take a look at shlep and we’ll watch it grow. It’s hosted by the Berkman Center, which does interesting things (an understatement if I ever wrote one).

  1. Hello, Laura. Thanks for your pointer to shlep. I just discovered the link today (It never showed up at Technorati, but is a listed result at Google Blog Search).

I also prefer the spelling “schlep” — and similar “sch” spellings for my yiddicisms — but, as you noted, it wouldn’t work for self-help law.

You might want to know that the Berkman Center has absolutely no role in the content of weblogs on its webserver (except its very own weblog). Harvard merely allows any member of the Harvard community (including alumni), to put a (free) weblog on its Berkman webserver
