Note 1: There is limited space for this clinic, but walk-ins may still be able to pick up document packets.

Note 2: It is not clear if the forms can be filed in Circuit Courts other than Multnomah County, but some are state and federal level forms, which would be useful outside of Multnomah County.

The PCC Paralegal Program is hosting a *free legal name and gender-marker change clinic* at PCC Cascade, Terrell Hall Rm. 112, on March 11, 2020, from 6:30-9:20 p.m.

At this event, the PCC Paralegal Program and volunteer attorneys will be providing free assistance with county circuit court petitions for legal name and gender marker changes, as well as resources for changing other important state and federal-level identity documents. We will also have snacks!

Pre-registration is required for forms assistance, with limited possibility of walk-in legal assistance. Anyone who comes can get resource packets on legal name and gender change processes for a variety of identity documents, though.”
