*”Advance sheets” are just that: an advance copy of an Oregon appellate court judicial opinion that will eventually show up in official and final form, i.e. in the print Oregon Reports. Advance Sheets are generally accepted as prima facie evidence of the court’s opinion. When there are major errors in advance publications, you will usually hear and read about it.
