In this course, we will discuss the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 and consider its implications for individuals, employers, insurance companies, physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals. We also will consider the Act’s implications for Medicare and Medicaid, long term care, and other health care programs.
