    This HB 2287 is bound to be challenged, as it places in a very severe way, the disadvanged poor people in a class where by they are denied access to the courts on am equal footing, how this one got into law requires a through investigation as to who voted for it and why, so that they can be tried for their breach of oath to support equality for all in access to the courts. How dare the BAR be raised to such an extent that impoverished people cannot afford these inflated costs to seek justice, it just shows how corrupt the legal system is in Oregon.
